Chilli & Chutney

Chilli & Chutney, the newly-opened restaurant at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, brings its refreshing culinary in the form of Indian classics with a twist. Inspired by the diverse regional and traditional dishes of India and the modern trends, the restaurant takes you through a menu, which is described as “gastronomically curious”. The vibrant interiors with a mural on the wall offer intimacy. Guests can enjoy classic and contemporary food like naan, butter chicken, biryani, pani puri and kachumber salad in interesting flavours such as cumin water and cashew nuts and Mirinda chaat and saffron cottage cheese.

The Orangery

Recalling the Phileas Fogg’s travels ‘Around the World’, The Orangery is a new restaurant positioned at the Montgomery Golf Academy in Emirates Hills, Dubai. The dining place with modern décor exudes intimacy and charm that guests can spend time having late lunch or dinner. With an extensive range of dishes from places across the globe, the a la carte menu is a gastronomic delight. You have aperitifs, pizza, signature dishes, and sides and salads, which can make you come back. Vegans can find a separate menu with a range of starters, mains, sides and desserts. Some aperitifs to mention are fish & chips for AED 149, burrata for AED 95 and beef tartare AED 85.

Carna by Dario Cecchini

Dario Cecchini, the legendary Italian butcher, has launched his first restaurant in Dubai. You can find private dining rooms, a dedicated bar, open kitchen and wine cellars on the 74th floor of SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences in Business Bay. Carna offers you prime cuts of several steak specialities to choose from. Its extensive menu includes wagyu beef carpaccio, marinated grilled beef heart skewers, Tuscany ‘Pate Di Fegato’ and Dario’s signature steak tartare. You can also find a variety of appetizers and salads, entrees, beef from wood smoke grill, special wagyu collections such as Australian and Japanese, and sides and sauces. 

La Casa Del Tango

If you are looking for a unique dining experience in Dubai with a show, you need to be at the newly opened La Casa Del Tango in DIFC. Inspired by the Argentinian culture of providing happiness through food, dance and music. The place is renowned for amazing Tango dance by Argentinian artists. The menu includes Business Lunch offering Argentinian steaks, asado and sides for AED 99; Brunch offering a variety of dishes, along with house, bubbly or non-alcoholic packages. Other than these, you have morning, dinner, wine and dessert menus, which include an extensive collection of Argentinian dishes.

KOYO

KOYO, an innovative Japanese restaurant and bar, has opened its doors in August this year in the heart of Dubai Marina. Mixing conventional kabuki-style culture with modern fine dining, you can have a great time enjoying the innovation and creativity that the Japanese chefs bring to traditional social experiences. Located at the Intercontinental Hotel Dubai Marina, the new KOYO restaurant brings the Tokyo nightlife and kabuki culture to people in Dubai. The menu includes an extensive list of a la carte, taste of KOYO, brunch and rush hour dishes and drinks. You can experience the taste of KOYO flavours with four unique courses and a drink for AED 500 per couple on weekends and Kabuki day brunch on Friday starting from AED 300 to AED 650.

CUE Dubai

For those looking for a better place to dine and relax in Dubai, they should be looking on the Sheikh Zayed Road to find CUE Dubai in the Sheraton Grand Hotel. You will be amazed by the live performances ranging from splendid aerial performances to highly skilled fire acts from experts. While enjoying the show, you can have flame grilled wagyu tomahawk steak and Mediterranean salt-crusted sea bass served at your table. The menu also includes delicious caviar, gillardeau oysters, cold and hot starters, tacos, sando, sliders, mains, sushi, maki and sides.
